In Home Personal
Training
If you are interested in personal training at its
finest, and want a private training environment versus going to a fitness
establishment, 1st Team Fitness is here to help. We provide certified
trainers that will come to your home for your training sessions and help
motivate you and instruct you with proper training techniques. You will be given
a specific program designed to assist you in obtaining your personal
goals.
Studio
Training
1st Team Fitness has a studio fully equipped
with top rated equipment to assist you in your training. We focus on several
areas including losing inches, toning muscle, building strength, increasing
speed, and even specific health related problems. Our trainers focus on helping
you achieve a healthier lifestyle. The studio is equipped to work out small
groups from 1-8 people. Each individual is given his or her own personal
instruction for his or her specific fitness needs. Groups can consist of
individuals with different training needs.
Individual
Training
Most individuals get more gratification with a one on
one session with the personal trainer. The entire session is specifically geared
for you. Many like individual training because they are uncomfortable about
training in front of large groups of people. With individual training you are
the only person the trainer is focusing on and more of your needs can be met.
You will have an intense and highly effective workout.
Group Training (two or
more)
Group sessions are tri-fold. They are fun, effective,
and inexpensive. Group sessions are made available for those who want to work
out at the same time, accomplish their individual goals, and save money. You
will pay less then the single session fee working out with a group, enabling you
to purchase more sessions. The group programs are still designed to fit your
personal needs so that there will be fast results reaching your goals.
Specific Sport and Team
Training
Our trainers specialize in several athletic areas
including football, basketball, baseball, and soccer. Whatever the sport, our
certified trainers will put you on a program designed for that particular sport
enhancing your overall performance. This is highly recommended training for
anyone who would like his/her athletic performance to reach new levels never
thought obtainable.
When a team, the object is to have the individuals play
as a team, not individually. When team training, the workouts are designed to
motivate the team as a unit. The exercises are team oriented to help in building
strength, improving coordination, and increasing speed. These workouts are
geared for all sports.
Corporate
Training
Since most of us live a busy life with a full schedule
that leaves almost no time for an exercise program, many corporate companies
have become aware of this and thus have begun to hire personal trainers to set
up a regimen for the employees. The company will set aside a time when a
certified trainer will give a Computerized Assessment for Lifestyle and
Functional Age Evaluation to each participating employee to establish their
strengths and weaknesses in several fitness areas. The company will then set up
time slots when the personal trainer will be available to assist the employees
in creating their personal programs based on the results of their testing.
Corporations are pleased with the results of their healthier employees that miss
less work due to illness and are therefore more productive.
Online Personal
Training
Online personal training can provide a "home base" for
clients that have little spare time to meet with a trainer, are traveling for
business, or away on vacation. Preliminary testing will assist your trainer in
developing a program tailored to your needs. Online training is highly effective
because a trainer is still providing your routine and support, but you have the
luxury of using your own time. When traveling staying in touch with your
personal trainer ensures that when out of your normal environment you can still
stay focused and motivated on your program.

your actual weight. Strength and flexibility testing
can be done to measure an your overall strength and flexibility todetermine if a
strict strength and flexibility program is needed. This is an ideal program for

Computer Assessment: Lifestyle
and Functional Age Testing
Computer assessment for Lifestyle and Functional Age
Testing are tools for program development and setting personal goals. The
Lifestyle Assessment profiles your daily habits related to nutrition, stress,
and cardiovascular fitness that impact your health. The Functional Age testing
puts you through a series of seven exercises charting how you do in each
exercise to arrive at an overall "functional age" compared to your
"chronological age". These tests can help improve common day-to-day lifestyle
problems, and act as a motivator for improvement.

This is a fun way for the corporate world to implement
fitness programs for their employees. Each company or division will have a goal
to lose weight, tone up or to improve his/her general health when put on a
controlled program by our trainers. A Functional Age Testing program designed to
monitor the progress of employees throughout the allotted time period calculates
progress. Each company must provide prizes for winning employees.
